What Causes Dizziness And Pressure In The Lower Abdomen?

Hi just wondered if you could give me some advice. We are trying to conceive I normally ovulate before my period my period then came 25th Feb lasted 6 days but 10 days after my period had white discharge now for the last 2 days I have really bad pressure in my lower abdominal I keep going toilet and having dizzy spells I'm so tired all the time. Now I'm having watery discharge. I have been looking online a lot of things are saying implantation just something feels different is there anything you can advise me on?

I understand your concern.

Lower abdominal pain,white discharge,frequent urination can be due to urinary tract infection or pelvic infection.Dizziness can be because of anaemia.

You said you got periods that lasted for 6 days,this is not implantation bleeding ,as the bleeding is much lighter and of less duration in latter.
Less chances of pregnancy if you had no sexual intercourse after your periods till now .If yes,get blood Hcg level in blood checked for confirmation of pregnancy .
I advice you to get pelvic examination done by gynecologist.
Go for investigations blood haemogram,urinanalysis and vaginal swab microscopy to rule out above mentioned possibilities.
Vaginal/urinary infection can be cured by course of antibiotics for 7-10 days.Take adequate intake of water.
Also you will get opportunity to know more about your fertile period as you are trying to conceive.
