What Causes Dizziness And Severe Fatigue Along With Pink Vaginal Spotting?

So I had my last depo shot march 1 and decided I didn t want to get back on . I ve been having unprotected sex and Ive been cramping like I m on my period but no blood I ve been dizzy, tired, moody even weird cravings . I had a light pink discharge o and on I had a white lotion like discharge. Could that light pink discharge be implantation.

Hi I think you should do a urine pregnancy test to rule out pregnancy first. If negative, it can be a side effect of depo shot or may be due to some vaginal infection. Get a pelvic examination done by a gynecologist. You may need some antibiotic and antifungal drugs orally as well as vaginal to treat that. Hope it helps.
