What Causes Dizziness And Severe Pain On The Left Side Of The Head?

I have been dizzy light headed since I had eye surgery,shooting pains in my head all on left side.My neck and left shoulder blade ,I feel like I was handled very rough during the surgery.They may have put my neck back way too far.I have had 2 Cscans,2 Mri s.Nothing shows up.Lots of blood work and pain relief through iv during 3 times at the emg room.Any suggestions?

Hi,

The pain is not related to your previous surgery. Most probably it will be a cluster headache or a tension headache.

As the first line of management, you can take analgesics like Aceclofenac or Tramadol for pain relief.

If symptoms persist better to consult a neurologist and get evaluated.
