What Causes Dizziness And Shaking Of Hands?

Hi. I've had symptoms of dizziness and today my hands were shaking but once I ate, it went away. Can you tell me what it could be? I'm 16, weigh about 170 lbs, and I'm about 5'5. I haven't really had a problem with this before, but there's a history of diabetes in my family.
