What Causes Dizziness And Shortness Of Breath?

Hi good day I am having trouble right now I feel a little dizzy and I have shortness of breath and a I feel a sharp stabbing pain in my left rib cage in the area near my left breast. May left arm is also painful and my whole arm feels like a liitle numb. I also felt something hot in my head a while ago. Is there something wrong with me? I checked my blood pressure and it is 120/70. What could these symptoms tell me about my health. Di you think this is something serous, I mean what i am exoeriencing now can anyway be serious? Thank you dor your quick response.

Hello,

This can be due to ischemic heart disease in which pain radiates to neck, shoulder, arms and fingers and chest discomfort is as usual finding.
It can be also from anemia from nutrient deficiency. I suggest you visit to the emergency room. you may need blood tests, radiography and ECG an accordingly you would be treated.
