What Causes Dizziness And Sick Feeling Even After Taking Paracetamol?

I have been feeling very sick and dizy all day, I have taken 10 paracetomol in the last 12 hours and have only slept for 6 hours in the last 24 hours, I can hardly sit up without feeling totaly dizy I'm getting really warm and panicking a lot and feel terrified, can some one offer some advice
