What Causes Dizziness And Slightly Disoriented?

I was wondering if I could possibly get some advice. Almost every morning and after having not eaten for several hours I will completely weak, sick to my stomach, sometimes dizzy and once after having not eaten for almost 6 hours, I felt dizzy and slightly disoriented. Any advice on what this could be or what I should do? I usually feel better after having eaten something. Sometimes it gets so bad I have to eat anything I can find just to feel better for a moment to actually find a meal.

HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

It is possible that the symptoms may be related to low blood sugar or hypotension especially since the symptoms improve with food.

This can be determined by testing your blood sugars and blood pressure at the time you feel unwell.

There are glucometers and blood pressure kits that can be used at home.

I hope this helps
