What Causes Dizziness And Slow Moving Spots Early In The Morning?

I have dizzy or spinning spells [short lived] getting out of bed, bending over or any fast movement of the head, looking up for instance. I also have spots before my right eye, like a slow moving fly sometimes going across or out wide, drawing my vision to look to the right as if something is there

They are floaters, degenerative body in vitreous. you can just have fundus examination and retina should be examined. if every thing is normal, then forget floaters. get yourself adjusted to live with them.
