What Causes Dizziness And Sore Throat While On Vertin For Vertigo?

Hello sir Lately I m suffering from vertigo since last few days..even had a blurred vision..even have high bp..but lately doc has prescribed m vertin 8 mg thrice a day..which has given me little relief...but still dizziness there..now today I m having little sore throat..what is it

HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

Since you now have a sore throat along with your vertigo, it is possible that the vertigo is linked to a viral infection.
It may be due to an inner ear condition called vestibular neuronitis though this does not usually cause blurred vision.

If the blurred vision continues, you may need imaging of the brain to rule out more serious causes.

There are alternative medications that you can use instead of the vertin, your doctor can prescribe one for you since this is not helping you.
