Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
Generally the patients undergoing dialysis may undergo many electrolyte imbalance in the blood. There is fluctuation of the sodium, potassium, chloride, bicarbonate, and sugar level in the body. All these can cause dizziness in the body. You should check those parameters regularly. Put her on proper diet as prescribed by dietician.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Rajat Basak
