What Causes Dizziness And Spots In The Field Of Vision?

My best friend is 34 yrs old and we went to McDonald s an when he was finished eating. ..he felt light headed an seeing spots and his right arm started trembling for 10-15 mins straight but he wasnt seeing spots anymore but he felt his equilibrium was off an his his penis was really hard. I looked up symptoms for Parkinson and it said at beginning if u have 3 or more symptoms there is a chance its PD. Can you please get back to me as soon as possible because he is stubborn and hasnt been to see doctor in a year and it he says its happened 5 or 6 times in the past year and he said it eventually goes away but this time he looked scared and has tears running down his. Please tell me what he needs to do and if you think its PD. We know we need to go to  dr and I will make him go Monday but please tell me your opinion on what to prevent the symptoms.  Reply back as soon possible please.

I passed carefully through your question and would explain that his symptoms do not seem to be related to PD. A seizure or a psychological disorder could be the reason of all this clinical scenario.

For this reason, I would recommend performing an EEG and some blood lab tests (complete blood count, thyroid hormone levels, fasting glucose, blood electrolytes).
