What Causes Dizziness And Swelling In The Feet After Bypass Surgery?

I had 4X bypass surgery in March 2016. I am currently experiencing some light headedness, my BP this morning was 165/96, I am having swelling in both feet and lower legs and have fatigue are these current symptoms related to my heart or should I call my primary care doctor?
