What Causes Dizziness And Swelling In The Head?

hi I have been feeling dizzy and my brain feels like it swelling and having beats in my head I have had this for over ten yr. have pass out dr do no whats going on why I pass out my blood pressure go up - yesterday I pass out at the dr blood pressure with up to 220/128

Your blood pressure reading was very high.
So you should definitely consult doctor and start antihypertensive drug.
Your head symptoms are more likely due to accelerated hypertension. So get done MRI brain to rule out hypertensive brain damage.
If MRI is normal then your symptoms will gradually subside with control of blood pressure.
Avoid stress and tension, be relax and calm.
Strict salt restriction in diet is needed for blood pressure control.
Don't worry, you will be alright.
