What Causes Dizziness And Tingling Pain All Over Body?

Woke up feeling dizzy, slight pins and needles all over my body. I get a jolt of them if I move quickly. Mostly on the outer parts of my body, it will jolt with tingling sensation then subside but it s still there. Dizzy and balance is off. Not hungry, nor thirsty. Ate and drank but still happening.. Been a couple hours.
