What Causes Dizziness And Tingling Sensation In Hands And Feet?

my husband is 60 years old and about 20 minutes ago he indicated he felt light head and nauseous and the next thing he knew he was laying on his back on the deck, he had passed out. he indicates he hurt his neck and back and still feels light head and like he is going to pass out and his tingling in his extremities. I want him to go to the hospital but he keeps saying wait a few minutes. What could this be.

Hi

Let me tell you that the symptoms described by you suggest that your husband have a migraine. In this case, I suggest you take acetaminophe for controlling of headache. I also suggest lifestyle alterations that might help reduce the frequency of migraines include:
- Getting enough sleep
- Reducing stress
- Drinking plenty of water
- Avoiding certain foods
- Regular physical exercise
