What Causes Dizziness And Tingling Sensation In The Fingers?
yes. My daughter is 15 and when i picked her up today she said she had been very shaky at school, she was hot, and felt like she was going to pass out and her fingers were tingly. I just took her blood pressure and it was 153/90 with a pulse of 95. she is healthy and not over weight. She just told me the shaky dizzy feeling has been happening for about a week.
Based on your description, it appears that your daughter could be having a rise in blood pressure due to anxiety and nervousness. The reason why she could be having symptoms of dizziness and tingling sensation in the fingers could be due to mineral deficiency, particularly iron and calcium.
Kindly supplement her with iron and calcium rich foods such as dark green leafy vegetables, jaggery and milk. Along with it you can give her iron and calcium tablets once a day regularly. In about 1 month, she should be able to overcome such symptoms and be back to normal.
Hope the information provided would be helpful. Let me know if I can assist you further. All the best.
Regards, Dr. Ashakiran S
