What Causes Dizziness And Tingling Sensation In The Hands And Fingers?

Hello, I am experiencing dizziness, light headed, tingling in my hands and fingers, a headache, and a spinning sensation. I had thought it was vertigo, but I spoke with someone who has vertigo and our symptoms don t match up. Any ideas what it could be? Thank you!

As per your history you have vertigo .It is due to a number of points first check your Blood pressure if it is normal then your vertigo might be due to your middle ear.So first take a short term low dose steroid ACTICORT-10 mg for 7 days then reduce gradually and add add MICROVIR-500 mg 2 times a day upto 7 days.Thanks
