What Causes Dizziness And Tingling Sensation In The Hands?

Hi, I am looking for a medical answer to the following symptoms: Flu and sinus about 2 months ago...now experiencing dizziness, tingling and twitching in hands MRI ruled out tumor and MS but very concerned about what is going on.....was on amoxicillin twice and now given another antibiotic..... hard to function standing up in job because I become dizzy.....

Hi.

I went through the detail , the dizziness can be a complication to Chronic sinusitis.

Also allergies to middle ear causing middle ear disturbances can lead to dizziness associated with allergies, colds and sinus infection.

Its better that you have started with amoxicillin , but change of multiple meds is not going ro help you till the cause of it is not identified and treated.

To rule out above possibility , you need few further evaluations like , X Ray PNS , CT PNS with blood work ups like CBC with ESR.

Its better you should meet an ENT specialist in clinic for evaluation to ear infection and above investigations to start a proper line of management to your illness.
