What Causes Dizziness And Tingling Sensation On The Right Side Of The Body?

I just became very dizzy and my entire right side was tingling A LOT. From the right side of my head the most, all the way down to my right foot. After sitting for a few minutes the tingling lessoned. Then I got the chills in the right side of my body. My blood pressure was 114/62 this morning. i have hyper tension, so I do moniture my b/p regularly. After episode b/p 147/83, I took my b/p med., because I forgot this morning. Now its at 124/78. My right still feels a little strange, especially my finger tips, the rest of the right side of my body feels tires.
