What Causes Dizziness And Tunnel Vision?

hello I have been feeling dizzy for the past 24 hours, it was a sudden on set with a weird tunnel vision during work yesterday around 11am. I worked my full 8 hours but when i got home my pain was worse and i developed a sudden headache. Throughout the night i woke up with the urge to vomit which kept me up all night. I took a small dose of ibuprofen around 830pm last night. And just now. Im not sure if its because of something I ate or if it is something else.
