What Causes Dizziness And Vertigo After A Head Injury?
After hitting myself in the head very hard I fell . Afterwards I was experiencing vertigo. I went to an emergency room & they checked me out & could not find anything abnormal.It is a month later & when I look up I still experience a mild dizziness.What kind of doctor, if any, should I consult with?

The symptoms seem to be related to side effects of the head injury. Based on the fact that you still have symptoms after one month I recommend a neurological examination. You should see a neurologist.
