What Causes Dizziness And Vomiting?

i fainted while visiting a friend in the hospital. I was not sick in any way. The other people in the room complained about it being hot in there. I thought it was just fine. I started to feel dizzy and like I was going to have an uncontrollable BM. I fell against my husband who sat me down in a chair. When I could understand what was being said, I heard the nurse say "She is unresponsive". I could not talk. They told me my eyes were open but I could not see. My skin was cold and clammy. I threw up before I could speak. the nurse could not get my blood pressure at that time. about 5-10 min later she could take it. it was 107/36. I was dizzy for almost 2 weeks later. This is the third time i have been dizzy to the point of fainting, 2nd time vomiting.
