Hi, may I answer your health.hi im 17 and evry nite i have 2 experiance smethn bad,i becomes dizzy nd weak,i cnt luk up o stnd up coz i fil lke m gona fall.m 45kg,a lil bit tall,m nt fat nor thin,m in a normal size wearin 30.wht could be the problem nd hw shld i get rid of it

According to your complain you have problem of dizziness and weakness that may be because of anemia.Do a blood report.

Low blood sugar level and dehydration also cause dizziness problems. Lack of protein and carbohydrates food cause this type of symptoms .

Ear infection or other condition cause dizziness problems....
Start a treatment according to cause.

Detail history and physical examination give exact idea.
