What Causes Dizziness And Weakness While Bathing?

im 14 and when im in the shower i get dizzy and weak and i get blurry vision and i cant breath. Im forced too sit down and i dont know what to do.I dont have astma but doing simple activites like walking for too long or even talking too fast makes the same thing happen.
