What Causes Dizziness And Weakness While On Blood Pressure Medication?

I am an 80 year old very healthy woman taking blood pressure medicine, levothyroxine, and simvastatin. Past two weeks I have had uncharacteristic dizziness and weakness to the point of having to sit or lie down . My concern is what could be causing this?
