What Causes Dizziness And Weakness?

I have dizziness( not vertigo or spinning, more lightheaded) weakness for the last 3 weeks. I ve had multiple blood tests and cardio tests which have all come clear except vitamin D deficiency. I have been unable to consistently complete my daily tasks and currently not working. What should I explore at this point?
