What Causes Dizziness And Weight Gain While On Methotrexate?
Light headed intermittently... Recently diagnosed with RA being treated with Methotrexate 25 mg Earache Gained 15lbs since started treatment Also taking prednisone...being weaned off Doctor suggesting to start Enbrel in addition to methotrexate. Is it normal to gain so much weight?. Is the ear ache related to RA? Is coffee ok to drink with RA?

Hello,
Steroid intake leads to weight gain. Also, check for hypothyroidism or other metabolic disorders for weight gain. Earache may be due to an ear infection or Eustachian tube block.
Until examination is done, it is difficult to say what it is. Please consult your rheumatologist so that he will examine and treat you accordingly.
