What Causes Dizziness And Weight Loss During Early Pregnancy?

Hi doctor, I m 9 weeks pregnant and can t keep any food or drinks not even water. I m always dizzy and can t even walk a distance. I m loosing weight. I went to the doctor and gave me pills but he didn t assure me that it will help and it didn t. Please help me is the any medication that I can take.

I really appreciate your concern, nausia and vomiting are common symptoms in pregnancy and this is nothing to worry, may not required in medicine but you can devide your meal in parts, vitamin suppliment like B12 some time helps, it will come around soon stop worrying hope this information helps.
