What Causes Dizziness And Yellowness In Eyes?

Hi, I started to notice the whites of my eyes starting to yellow and I was reading around online and it said it's most likely because of gallstones but I had gallstones a few years back and had my gallbladder removed two years ago, so I know it can't be that, and my eyes have been itching a lot too. Also lately, I noticed that when I wake up I've been feeling dizzy, I don't know if that's related or not. I'm making a doctor's appointment tomorrow, but I just wanted an idea of what this might be. Also, since my surgery two years ago, I've become lactose intolerant and I go to the bathroom very often and I get really bad stomach aches for needing to use the restroom, is that normal from a gallbladder removal surgery? Thank you.

Dear Friend.
Hi , I am Dr Anshul Varshney , I have read your query in detail , I understand your concern.
Yellow eyes (Sclera) is mostly a sign of Jaundice. However there can be other causes too like Carotenemia.
An actual diagnosis can be made on clinical examination.
However , even after past gall stone surgery you can develop jaundice like Viral Hepatitis.
Get your Liver Function tests done , we will discuss about the further plan if you are found to have jaundice in reports.
This is my personal opinion based on details available here. If you want to discuss your issues further, you may please ask us
