Hello,

As you report to have a recent history of fever and had to take antibiotics, that makes me think of a bad cold you experienced finishing in bacterial infection. If the ear was affected, this explains the loss of balance you're feeling. Besides, loss of electrolytes and fluids is to blame. Keep well hydrated. Take water with ORS. Try to rest more. Have your meals regularly. If you will still have the same problems, should consult with ENT specialist to check your ears.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Albana Sejdini, General & Family Physician
