What Causes Dizziness, Blurry Vision And Distorted Hearing?

I am at work I am a teacher and I am having spinning spells to the point where I think I am going to faint. My vision goes blurry and my hearing becomes wha wha wha. I took 10mg of Zyrtec before I went to bed last night at about 8pm due to my allergies. This is the first time I have ever taken the medication. What can I do to stop the side effects? I got so scared I almost wanted to ask someone take me to the ER.

HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

It is possible that the zyrtec is contributing to your symptoms. Anti histamines
can be associated with drowsiness, dizziness and confusion.

If due to the medication, the symptoms should resolve within 24 hours as the medication wears off.

I hope this helps
