What Causes Dizziness & Chest Pain?

I am a 24/yr old fe male. I have had a resting heart rate of 110+ since I was 9 I had a suspected stork at the end of may. Since then I have had continuous PVC s, AFIB, IST, which causes water weight of 5lbs+ sometimes, dizziness, chest pain, panic, numbness. I had an ultrasound which showed no abnormalities in my heart its self. No one seems to be paying attention to the main symptom when this all started which was the suspected stroke. On the other hand they seem puzzled as to what is happening to me. I am just trying to find at least some ideas as to what could be happening to me. I also have an issue with the ist because I was gaining water weight before increasing salt intake and now they have had me increasing it everything is getting much worse.

Hello welcome to HCM.
I have read your question and understand your concerns.

You have rhythm abnormalities of heart which can cause sometimes chest pain, giddiness etc. Atrial fibrillations are the most common cause of stroke in young patients. So we have to be sure regarding that event.

My advice to you is -

1.Go for 24 hrs ecg monitoring, it will give perfect idea regarding rhythm abnormalities of your heart to your doctor and then according to that they can start further management.

2 . Blood thinners like warfarin or aspirin should be started to prevent further risk of stroke. Medicines to prevent further rhythm disturbances should also be started. Ask your doctor about all this.

3.Do all your routine reports like thyroid profile, lipid profile, kidney profile, liver function tests and CBC . Swelling of legs can be due to kidney or liver disease. So kindly rule out everything once.

Thank you.
Have a nice day.
