hi, this is Don I am 55 yrs old and i woke up this morning with the room spinning when i Lay down when i sit up it goes away, I have the chills, and a upset stomach and a slight head ach I have been vomiting also no diarrhea my parents want me to go to the emergency room I have a history of kidney stones but i am in no pain
