What Causes Dizziness, Confusion And Tiredness With History Of High BP?
im a 40 year old female with a history of high blood pressure and am not on medication at this time due to no money or insurance. My BP right now is 138/100 not really bad at all but I feel exactly like I do when it s high. Getting dizy, confused and very tired. Been this way most of the day. I m not having chest pains. Just unsure what s going on. My BP earlier today was very high 158/100
Your BP is high, especially the diastolic part, although not too much. This needs drug treatment if systolic is more than 140 or diastolic is more than 100 consistently. Dizziness and tiredness can be from other causes like dehydration or anemia as well. Try taking enough fluids, and let us check hemoglobin level if no improvement. Also, closely follow BP to see whether it crosses the limit mentioned
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
