What Causes Dizziness, Confusion, Nausea, Breathing Difficulty And Headache?

Dizziness, confusion, nausea, difficulty breathing, & dull headaches after hitting my head. Is it internal bleeding? Or just a regular concussion. Jumping into my boyfriends jeep I hit the top of my head on the frame bar. My vision doesn t seem quite right, but I wouldn t say it s blurry or doubled. I can t really focus, I get agitated or well up with anxiety way too easy. I generally don t feel well, dull head aches are on and off and also make me upset. I feel kind of drunk too- I kind of sway when I stand, my balance is off, and I m extra clumsy than usual. It s been 2 days. Please tell me I m not bleeding.

We understand your concerns, but we cannot tell without imaging.

You're describing significant neurological symptoms persistent for 2 days.

It's advised to perform a brain CT to exclude any brain or skull injury.

You can visit the ER where you can get neurological examination and get directed to CT scan if clinically indicated.
