What Causes Dizziness During Pregnancy?

I have an afi of 7 and I have been feeling very dizzy and sick to my stomach. Should I go to the hospital? I had an ultra sound but my doctor did not schedule another one I m concerned I am currently 39 weeks pregnant and my amniotic fluid level was said to be at 7 what can I do?

AFI 7 at 39 weeks is low normal and needs frequent follow up scanning. Emergencies are decided per your treating doctor's decision.
