What Causes Dizziness, Excessive Sweating And Cramps In The Hands?
Hi. I have untreatable UC symptoms, gastritits, and sessile polyps and I have been on home health IV fluid therapy that I quit about 6 weeks ago. Driving a few days ago, I became dizzy, my hands cramped and froze up and I started to sweat profusely. Luckily, I was able to pull over and my husband hand to get my hands off of the wheel and out of the seat. I begged him to drop my head below my heart and I slowly came around but I was very tired. I am still groggy three days later. Sugar is good and I am urinating.
Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
As per the intensity of symptoms, there is combination of anxiety with nutritional imbalance giving systemic manifestations. Due to intestine issues, your gut is not able to totally absorb all necessary nutrients from the diet and which drive you to deficiency of certain vital elements and produce all mentioned symptoms. I recommend to get rechecked with your physician and cured. Till that time consume more liquids to maintain hydration levels.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Dr. Purva
