What Causes Dizziness, Excessive Sweating, Feeling Faint And Nausea On Exertion?

I am experiencing the following set of symptoms on a daily basis. Regardless of the awakening time, upon exertion after getting up i begin to sweat profusely, nausea, loose stool, followed by complete exhaustion requiring bed rest. I have had a endoscopy, colonoscopy, chemically induced stress test, ENT exam, sleep study, pulmonary exam. I have a single chamber pacemaker due to chronic AFIB and had a heart catherization indicating two small blockages not requiring anything at this time. These symptoms lessen and ultimately disappear by late afternoon, I am a 70 year old, caucasian female. Any suggestions or directions on how to proceed would be appreciated.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Regular BP monitoring and lipid profile should be done. Medication for the same should be taken. Cardiologist should be consulted regularly. Take proper rest, have more fruits, salads in the diet. Drink water adequately. Do sukshm yoga, not exercise, art of living sahaj meditation program is excellent for stress release. Heart problems also cool down, you should also do that.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Sunny Madar, General & Family Physician
