What Causes Dizziness, Excessive Sweating, Nausea And Weakness?

Hello, my husband has been experiencing episodes of dizziness with excessive sweating, nausea and generalized weakness. He has felt like his blood sugar is low but, when we checked, it was 112. He doesn t sleep well, occasionally snores, and has been gaining weight. He is only 34 years old.

he is having anxiety neurosis. his general examination is to be done. hemogram is to be done exclude diabetic and hypertensive profile. thyroid hormone essay be done.
