What Causes Dizziness, Fainting Sensation And Sweating?

I have had times where i am randomly about to pass out, ill start to get dizzy, my vison will tunnel, and my hearing will begin to go, and then i start to sweat a lot. It gets better once I sit down for a while bit I am wondering if i should be worried about that.
