Hello!

Welcome and thank you for asking on HCM!

I understand your concern and would explain that your symptoms may be related to low blood pressure or chronic anemia.

You should carefully monitor your blood pressure in the next days, frequent times during the day and report these values to your GP.

I recommend consulting with your GP for a careful physical examination, a resting ECG, a chest x ray study and some blood lab tests:

-complete blood count (for chronic anemia)
-blood electrolytes
-PCR,sedimentation rate (inflammation)
-kidney and liver function tests
-fasting glucose
- cortisol plasma levels (adrenal gland function)
-thyroid hormone levels (thyroid gland function), etc.

A head up tilt test may be need to exclude possible orthostatic hypotension.

Hope to have been helpful!

Best regards,

Dr. Iliri
