What Causes Dizziness, Fatigue, And Inability To Focus After Eating?

I am a student. I eat lunch around the same time everyday, and about 2 hours later, I always get a feeling of dizziness, fatigue, and inability to focus. I don t feel hungry, but I have a feeling that I will feel better if I eat something. Usually if I have food with me, I will eat (such as a protein bar, fruit, etc.). I feel better shortly after, but then the feeling returns. I have always eaten the same amount of food, but these symptoms only started becoming noticeable recently (I first noticed them a few months ago, and they have been getting worse and more difficult to deal with). Do you have any idea what this might be or how to fix it? Thank you.

Thanks for your question.

1.As you i was a student.I had this siptoms like you every time i had test to do.So dont worry my advice is to not worry but start to think positively.

2.Does this thing to you happend when you are studing?

3.Try to have to make a list of foods you like to eat every day of the week

4.I advise to eat chicken, fish , eggs , milk , vegetables , greens ,fruits drink as much fluids .

5.Try to eat 5 meals a day with 2 hour difference between but not to much on each meal

6.And last away the stress , go out with family or friends on fresh air or go on fitness
