What Causes Dizziness, Fatigue, Headache And Muscle Cramps?

I have been cramping. Dizziness fatigue and headaches for the past few days. Now I have started bleeding but not like regular flow. Although it is time for my flow. Now my breasts are tender and i have taken 4 tests all negative. However the one I took 2 days ago showed a faint line in the positive after a few hours. So I retested this morning and it did the same thing. Could I be pregnant and too early to tell?

Hi
Thanks for posting on HCM
Pregnancy is a possibility.Even when test line is faint the test is considered positive provided the control line is visible.A pregnancy test will come positive approximately 2 weeks after fertilization and this coincides to the time you are expected your menses.Another possible cause of your symptoms could be premenstrual syndrome.I will however suggest you see a professional to take the test again. If it comes negative, you see your Doctor for investigation if menses do not flow a week after the date you are expecting. In this case, an infectious/STI work-up and a pelvic ultrasound will be necessary.
