What Causes Dizziness Followed By Blackouts In Vision?
I have periodic spells where I get very dizzy, and blackout. At times I vomit, most of th etime not. It drains my energy and I need to nap. It s almost like a terrible drunk. My b/p drops to 60/40, 65/50 & pulse is 70 or 68, low, very low. I turn gray & look like I am dying.

Hello,
It may be due to several causes.
For further assessment you may require complete hemogram, blood sugar level after physician consultation.
You may require blood pressure monitoring.
Further treatment mainly depends upon the underlying condition.
