What Causes Dizziness Followed By Fainting And Tremors?

Today out of nowhere while I was sitting down I felt really dizzy and felt like I was going to faint followed by feeling shakey. My husband said I looked grey. The whole episode lasted maybe 10 minutes. I felt ok for the rest of the day but worried if will happen again. Thoughts?

it is hypoxia , dehydration, or hypoglycimia. go for blood sugartest, mantain hydration. can go for general health checkup. gofor dibetec and hypertensive profile.
