What Causes Dizziness Followed By Fainting While Showering?

Extreme dizziness to the point of fainting especially when showering and intense headache for two months. MRI only showed retention cyst. Then developed a week ago sinus congestion. Dr. thinks it's a sinus infection. Gave Amoxicillin. Day six with no relief. Any suggestions?

Hello,Welcome to the HCM
Brief answer..you need to consult neurologist and discuss about retention cyst.
Detailed answer...Sinusitis can cause headache and pain in face but fainting is less likely because of sinus problem..
My opinion would be ,you should discuss about the retention cyst with a Neurologist,as it could be because of increased in size of retention cyst.
You may ask further ,if you have any quiry .
