What Causes Dizziness Followed By Vomiting After Waking Up In The Morning?

Hey my name is Patricia. My boyfriend is 52 years old and woke up this morning really dizzy he can barely more his head. When he starts getting dizzy he starts throwing up. We have no clue what is wrong we have looked up his symptoms on the internet and can't find anything. Can you help. His symptoms are only really dizzy, and that is the only reason for throwing up, and he says he head feels like a amusement park ride.
