What Causes Dizziness Frequently?

I get dizzy quite often. I am in good health, regular gym and healthy diet. I get vertigo from lifts and escalator but now I seem to be getting dizzy alot more, especially in certain places at shopping centres. Can it be vertigo, I don t feel sick, just a little out of it at least 20 times a day.

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, for the vertigo Vestibular dysfunction need to be ruled out or this can be managed with "Tab Betahistine 8 mg" three times in day on tentative basis or better to see the ENT surgeon, hope this information helps, take care, and have a nice day.
