What Causes Dizziness, Headache And Overheat Feeling?

Im an active 18 year old and lately i've been feeling dizzy, getting headaches, when I focus on certain things sometimes it'll seem like they're shaking violently, and I've also had a feeling of overheating. This has been happening on and off, but now it seems as if it's coming back everyday. At first I thought that I had been dehydrated but I've been drinking plenty water. Can you please help me figure this out? Thank you.

Thank you for asking!
Dizziness is simple and innocuous a simple flu and ear pain or nasal trouble can be followed by dizziness.Simple antivert would suffice. But the headaches need a little evaluation for migraines.Shakings and overheating needs thyroid hormones assessment and then it will be better to comment on..Get your thyroid functions assessed
Take care
