Hi, Welcome to Health care magic for
As you describe, there must be some problem in the health like, anemia, infection of the internal ear, may be secondary to the sinusitis. The other causes may be the worms in the intestine, resultant anemia, and esinofelia.
I advise you to consult a physician for diagnosis and treatment.
He may need to have an M.R.I. for diagnosis and treatment.
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms, albendazole, ranitidine, cifixime, phenylefrine, and citrizine, till the diagnosis is established.
Give him more of green leafy vegetables, pulses, sprouts, and protein rich foods, to have a early recovery, and to have good resistance.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
